Other NotesThis PCR ReadyMix is intended for use with Sigma's Extract-N-Amp™ Plant PCR and Extract-N-Amp Tissue PCR Kits. All Extract-N-Amp Kits include a PCR ReadyMix sufficient for several PCR reactions per extraction. However, where additional PCR reactions are required, supplemental PCR ReadyMix may be needed.

This REDExtract-N-Amp PCR ReadyMix contains a inert tracking dye that allows for convenient direct loading of PCR reactions onto agarose gels for analysis.
